This is new old stock that I,ve had well over 5 years, i used to have a load but they've all been sold now, its a ali side step accesssory complete with all fittings (gasket etc.) as the italian's used to have but made by Bajaj.originally for passengers who travelled in a side saddle style.It fitted to the fixed sidepanel which was the toolbox as well. Still in its bag.
